Let’s take a walk in the open air and pay proper attention to ourselves.

Interspersed with Eastern and Western inspired exercises, relaxation and breathing techniques and meditation, I will guide you towards serenity.

Enjoy and be present in the moment. The walking, fresh air and meditation not only help you cope with the hustle and bustle of your everyday life but also improve your general fitness. Nothing but advantages!

We will walk 3 to 5 km. Bring along something to drink.

You will have walked mindfully and cleared your head.
