Walk your way | 5 days

Let’s go on a walking retreat as a group. Everyone who comes along does so with their own personal motive or goal. Let’s leave our busy, hectic lives behind us and travel to a place of silence. Trade in your familiar surroundings for another, natural landscape. Nature and walking become your allies, time and another landscape your new friends.

Allow yourself to press the control-alt-delete button, making yourself priority number one and focusing entirely on yourself.

I will guide you along with individual and group (walking) coaching techniques and use interventions to work on your target question. Your path and travel challenges will stimulate your personal development.

We will walk 10 to 15 km/day at a pace of about 4 km/hour. We start and finish each day together. You only need to carry a daypack.

We have a nice meal together and we enjoy quiet, pleasant evenings where we take time to reflect and take good care of ourselves.

You will have connected with nature and yourself. You will have enjoyed the company of like-minded people and of silence. You have relaxed and were able to recharge your batteries. You have travelled to within yourself – a unique destination – and came home.
