Walk your silence | 3 hours

We will walk in a natural area and discover the sound of silence. I will guide you along with a series of meditative assignments and exercises to experience sound and silence.

So as we walk silently, you will

  • learn to enjoy silence,

  • become aware of the abundance of sound that surrounds you,

  • explore the music of nature (birds, horses, wind...),

  • enjoy the landscape,

  • relax,

  • unwind.

We will walk 5 to 7 km in a quiet area. Bring something to drink.

You will experience silence and take a feeling of inner peace home with you.

So let’s head out to nature in silence!
